Ben Grise, Owner and Operations Manager
Ben is obsessive about the opportunity real estate investing provides for his clients. If Ben had it his way, everyone close to him would be invested in real estate. Ben is the Owner-Operator of and, one of Indy’s most reviewed online home buyers. He works with some of Indianapolis’s busiest and most experienced residential real estate investors. Ben saves his clients time by providing them with highly qualified investment opportunities designed to meet the conservative pricing demands of experienced real estate investors such as themselves.
Travis Carpenter, Project Manager
Travis will be your point of contact if you’re working on purchasing one of our investment properties. Travis will be the one to communicate the details of each individual property, coordinate showings, negotiate offers, and learn more about your unique investment criteria so that he can help you successfully invest with our team.
Karly Biddle, Operations Assistant
Karly handles all buyer and seller transactions from pending to the closing date. She’s also in charge of post-closing systems, providing customer service for clients, and handling the office administrative responsibilities.

Kortney Grise, Owner, Marketing & Admin Assistant

Kortney handles a lot of the graphic design and visual marketing. She also helps Ben with some of the day-to-day administrative responsibilities that come with operating the company.

Myles Fines, Customer Care Manager
Myles ensures everything runs smoothly at Myles is the one answering the phones, and following up with customers after they complete the form on our website. She will be your first point of contact and is responsible for getting all of the necessary information to move forward. Myles has over a decade of customer service experience and prides herself on providing the best customer care possible.
Isaiah Alfs, Director of House Buying
Isaiah is responsible for reviewing the unique selling needs of our customers, evaluating comparable sales data, and inspecting properties to determine the cash value of the property. Once this process is complete, he will speak with each customer individually in order to customize a cash offer package with terms that are suitable for each sellers’ unique needs.
Claire Sorrels, Director of House Buying

Claire is passionate about property investment and development. She has a keen eye for a deal and works with our clients to maximize their returns while also satisfying the goals of our business. Claire is a great communicator and is quick on her feet which means that once a deal is agreed upon our clients usually receive their funds quickly. Her business is based on trust and honesty. Claire is flexible, reliable and consultative and takes full ownership of all her deals to make sure that they get across the line.

Gladys Ventero, Customer Care Representative
Gladys is one of our customer care representatives. Her mission is to set you on a path that ends with a simple and stress-free selling experience. And with more than 7 years of customer service experience Gladys can offer her expertise to ensure that your unique selling needs have been met or exceeded! In her free time, she enjoys tending to her agricultural farm that she started in 2019.
Carl Verallo, Customer Care Representative

Carl wants to treat every customer the same way he wants to be treated. He spends most of his free time bonding with his two beautiful daughters, Lianne and Lyrie. He also enjoys playing online games.

Craig Moore, Director of House Buying

Craig is the proud husband of Chelsea and the father of three beautiful girls Victoria, Charlotte, and Josie. In Craig’s time away from work he enjoys watching and coaching his daughters in all sports. Craig loves spending time outdoors; camping, hunting, and fishing are some of his favorite hobbies to do with friends and family! Craig is a problem solver that thrives in finding creative solutions to any problem in his way. Craig enjoys getting to know our sellers to find out what their individual needs are, and tailoring our services around them.

Morgan Hughes, Operations Assistant
Morgan holds a Bachelor’s degree from IUPUI and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. In Morgan’s free time she loves traveling, DIY projects, and spending time with her husband and two dogs. Morgan assists in the buyer and seller transactions from pending to the closing date.
