Alex Klotz, Junior Dispositions Manger
Alex will be a point of contact if you’re working on purchasing one of our investment properties. Also, Alex will communicate the details of a particular property, coordinate showings, negotiate offers, and learn more about your unique investment criteria so that he can help you successfully invest with our team. Travis and Alex work as a team to connect investors to all of our inventory.
Karly Biddle, Operations Assistant
Karly handles all buyer and seller transactions from pending to closing date. She’s also in charge of post-closing systems, providing customer service for clients, and handling office administrative responsibilities.
Kortney Grise, Owner, Marketing & Admin Assistant
Kortney handles a lot of graphic design and visual marketing. She also helps Ben with some of the day-to-day administrative responsibilities that come with operating the company.
Myles ensures everything runs smoothly at InvestWithBen.com. She is the one answering the phones, and following up with customers after they complete the form on our website. She will be your first point of contact and is responsible for getting all of the necessary information to move forward. Myles has over a decade of customer service experience and prides herself on providing the best customer care possible.
Isaiah Alfs, Director of House Buying
Isaiah is responsible for reviewing the unique selling needs of our customers, evaluating comparable sales data, and inspecting properties to determine the cash value of the property. Once this process is complete, he will speak with each customer individually in order to customize a cash offer package with terms that are suitable for each seller’s unique needs.
Claire Sorrels, Director of House Buying
Claire is passionate about property investment and development. She has a keen eye for a deal and works with our clients to maximize their returns while also satisfying the goals of our business. Claire is a great communicator and is quick on her feet which means that once a deal is agreed upon our clients usually receive their funds quickly. Her business is based on trust and honesty. Claire is flexible, reliable, and consultative and takes full ownership of all her deals to make sure that they get across the line.
Carl Verallo, Customer Care Representative
Carl wants to treat every customer the same way he wants to be treated. He spends most of his free time bonding with his two beautiful daughters, Lianne and Lyrie. He also enjoys playing online games.
Craig Moore, Director of House Buying
Craig is the proud husband of Chelsea and the father of three beautiful girls Victoria, Charlotte, and Josie. In Craig’s time away from work he enjoys watching and coaching his daughters in all sports. Craig loves spending time outdoors; camping, hunting, and fishing are some of his favorite hobbies to do with friends and family! He is a problem solver that thrives in finding creative solutions to any problem in his way. Craig enjoys getting to know our sellers to find out what their individual needs are, and tailoring our services around them.
Chris Imel, Director of House Buying
For as long as I can remember, I have always been intentional about helping people; with service to others forming the basis of my entire professional career progression. I am also an out-of-the-box thinker, never stopping until I find a solution to every process since settling is never an option. I resourcefully and proactively address challenges and bring the most up-to-date technologies to the table. My measure of success is having client satisfaction with each closing. Outside of real estate, I enjoy boating, traveling with my wife Liz, and taking part in community service. I am also currently a Firefighter/ First Responder for the Ladoga Volunteer Fire Department. If I’m not working or spending time with Liz you will find me enjoying some wind therapy on my Harley Davidson Road Glide.
Charlie is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana, as he was born and raised here. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Informatics from IUPUI, and once he completes that, he plans to pursue a Master’s degree in the same field. Over the years, Charlie has learned a lot about business and entrepreneurship from his father and uncle, who have been a central part of the ticketing industry in Indianapolis for nearly thirty years. Growing up in the office, Charlie has always had a knack for business, entrepreneurship, and creativity. Charlie is our Acquisition Assistant, and he is an adaptable problem-solver that values relationships with every customer. He has three younger brothers, and in his free time, he enjoys traveling and trying new things. Charlie also orchestrates the creation of applications and websites with his own software development company as a “side hustle” in his free time.
Paige is a point of contact for all buyer and seller transactional needs, as well as any office administrative responsibilities. She is a graduate of IUPUI with a degree in Education. She enjoys working with the public and providing a kind, caring, and genuine customer service experience. Paige enjoys spending her time with her family and dog, Rocky. She leads an active lifestyle and enjoys being outdoors.
